- To receive maximum points, you should fully complete each section on your application.
- Sign, date, and click submit once you have completed your portion of the application. The system will not send notifications regarding your application if you do not click submit.
- You should submit your portion of the application even when other parts are pending.
- Go to your graduating college/university and request a copy of your transcript be sent to TGEF via electronic parchment service or by email to scholarships@tngrocer.org.
- If your school does not provide and electronic parchment service; mail your transcript to:

- On the application, complete the Bachelor's Transcript Upload Request section.
- You will send an automated request link to TGEF to upload a copy of your transcript. When TGEF receives your transcript, it will be uploaded to your application. (Please allow TGEF 5-7 business days for processing)
- This section enables you to track the status of your application trough the automated system and is required for your application to be submitted.
- Insert the following information in the request blanks as the contact for the request.
- Contact's First Name: Jennifer
- Contact's Last Name: Kemp
- Contact's Email Address: scholarships@tngrocer.org
- If you are currently enrolled in a graduate program. Go to your current college/university and request a copy of your transcript be sent to TGEF via electronic parchment service or by email to scholarships@tngrocer.org.

- This section enables you to track the status of your application trough the automated system and is required for your application to be submitted.
- Insert the following information in the request blanks as the contact for the request.

- Contact's Email Address: scholarships@tngrocer.org
- Once you have completed all the questions on the application you must click submit for the system to track your application accurately.
- You should submit your portion of the application even when other parts are pending.
- Your application will not be considered complete until TGEF has received all required documentation.
- You may track the status of your application by returning to your application and logging in using the username and password that you set up when starting the application.
REMEMBER: You are responsible for making sure all required documents are submitted to (NOT REQUESTED OR POSTMARKED) TGEF on February 28, 2021. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
